Have not received the ea acsess from my Fifa 17 super deluxe edition can I have the code my gamer tag is I have been directed through by the help chat

I still don't have my ea acess code after 10 days

I pre ordered fifa 17 on the 10th of September and I am ment to get a 1 month ea acess code and I still don't have it and it ses the maximum wait is 10 days

I pre-order my nhl 17 and i didn't get my ea acess code and i sign up for a nhl rewards account, i was suppose to receive a ea acess code and all of my friends got their code, but i didn't receive mine.

When did you pre-order FIFA 17? Keep in mind it can take up to 10 days for those codes to come in! If 10 days have not gone by yet, please be sure to post back here if you don't get your code after waiting 10 days!

I am having the same issue - however sometimes it lets me get into the game the tells me "Thank you for trying FIFA 17. The current active profile requires an active EA Access subscription and FIFA 17 Trial entitlement. Please purchase EA Access and start
your FIFA 17 Trial."

This is ridiculous
