EA Acess Code for fifa 16 pre order

i pre ordered fifa 16 on Saturday the 19th of september and i got told i would receive a code within 7-10 days, i realize it has not been 7-10 days but the code will not be any use to me when 7 days are passed as the full game will be out so theres no point
having the early access code, so i asked your employee on the live chat called 'Abner' and he told me you would be able to assist me. As i said i realize its not been 7-10 days but im a loyal customer to xbox being a member of xbox live for 5+years and you
can check. My GT is . I bought the xbox one when it was first released and im getting the new elite controller, im a loyal customer and i hope you can help me out. Please send me the code asap as i know this great company can help people out and i
would appreciate it very much because im left in a frustrating and annoying situation with everyone playing it early and i cant and when i get the code its not gonna be useful as i will have the game. thanks again hope you can help me out. Lewis
