ea acess code doesnt work

received my code yesterday on xbox but i cant redeem it, any help?

this is what i get. tried everything with the microsoft support and they couldnt fix it. sent me to here

the code came yesterday after i pre ordered fifa 17 days ago

 

That can sometimes be the sign of a region issue. What region are you in?

 

europe. yesterday they asked me to reenter all my billing information and to wait a few hours . but its still happening and after contacting them today they couldnt figure it out

 

microsoft support sends me to ea and ea support sends me to microsoft..

how come none can solve my problem?

 

It's going to be more of a MIcrosoft issue than EA, it's just a matter of figuring out what's wrong. EA Access is definitely available in your country and as long as your account is set to Portugal as well, it should work. I've tried to research it, but
no luck. A member of support will post here as well and hopefully they will have a solution.

 

ye hope so. i already contacted microsoft support 3 times and they couldnt figure it out

 

when i contacted EA that gave me this ID by the way ID- 25736414, saying microsoft would be able to solve it from there.

meanwhile on microsoft they escalated to the advocacy team
