    EA account trauma


    Hi

    Just after downloading Fifa 19 again onto my One X its asking me to login to my EA account thats linked to my gamertag. This is the first time this has been needed for many many years. The email used no longer exists and of course I no longer know the password.
    I've opened two cases with EA over a week ago and have had zero contact.

    I don't care about EA data saved just want to be able to play using my existing gametag.

    Any suggestions?

    I was going to recommend de-authorizing your EA Account via your Microsoft Account process, but
    I did find this post that has a link to access your EA account via Xbox Live login, using your MS Account.     That will let you get in and update the existing account, which will be much better than creating a new one, as it will have your history in there.
    At least in my opinion. Or at least it will let you dis-connect your Microsoft Account from it to connect to another if you want.

    Sorry to hear that but only ea can help with account issues, can you try maybe making a new ea account and syncing it to your gt til you get a reply?.
