    So I recently changed my email address and now whenever I try to play any EA game it says "Account has been disabled" well it tells me to fix it all i have to do is change my password but I no longer have access to that old email and Microsoft says there's
    no way to get it back. Well I tried contacting EA but because I don't remember some of the info I'm locked out and idk what to do. I can't play any of my EA games anymore. EA was no help at all, is there a way to link my Xbox account to a new EA account if
    I have no way to access the old one?

    Sounds like an issue with the EA servers. Do you actually have an EA account set up? If so then you'll need to contact them for help with the issue. If not then create an account with EA.

    then you may have your xbox account linked to an older ea account, that is the only thing i can think off right now. as you have no issues signing into windows or xbox app on pc but you have issues signing into the EA app, that then is defo and ea issue as microsoft have nothing to do with ea logins.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. If this is an account issue with EA then you'll need to contact them and speak with them again as no one here can help with EA account issues.

    I'm not positive, but this sounds like an EA issue, not an Xbox issue. It sounds like EA is still registering the account as linked even though it isn't.
