ea access

Ido not want an extra year of EA access , but i can't cancel it , i have to pay, knowing that the billing date of 13/11/2018 and we are the 14/11/2018. i did not have any free days i do not why i would have to pay . help please

well community im asking for some feedback.. im sure you have seen i have been talking about ea access and i have the money for it.. so do i bight the bullet??

ea access
a few tables for pinball fx

ea access
child of the light

ea access
worms

or drop ea access
and just get 2 games

drop ea access
get all the tables on pinball


or mix and match... i have been torn on when to get ea access... ive wanted to hear more of a plan on if they plan or when they plan on releasing games to the vault.. keep in mind i still am getting destiny and probably sunset overdrive... i also plan on getting halo master cheif... so in the next few months i will be or could be maxed out on internal hd limit and yes i plan or will be getting a 2-4tb external just trying to figure out if i want usb powered or externally powered..

anyone with an active subscription to EA Access can download the Second Assault expansion pack for Battlefield 4 starting January 29 and through February 28, free of charge.

All you need to do is find it on the EA Access Hub app on Xbox One.

Battlefield 4 is itself part of the games available through EA Access, without any DLC. This is will be the first piece of DLC to added to the game through the service.

another positive addition to ea access.. i mean bf4 is already in the vault.. so it is good news they may dabble with free dlc for vault games as well.. it may open the door to more ea access content.. i kinda figured at first they would be on a 2 month cycle for game content.. it may shorten that time frame all together... it also helps them keep games active that would otherwise die out... all in all i think ea is doing well with ea access and how it is running so far.

 

Hello, I would try to to to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and login to your account, here you should be able to turn off the renewal. if it doesn't let you turn off auto renewal or you need to request a refund you would need to contact Xbox Support
by phone.

Thanks for replying so quickly! So if I'm understanding you correctly, the subscription is trying to renew automatically but there are no funds for you to do so and it has now suspended your account. Since that is the case, then you can definitely contact
Xbox support via phone or chat to have them cancel the subscription on your behalf. The information pertaining to a refund would remain the same.
