    Ea access


    i got ea access for 1 month to try, (complete crap waste money) if i wanted it for a year i'd have selected this but i never anyhow i have not even had xbox live for last 3 months as i had renew and to my surprise i found that ea access have billed
    me every month even when i have not had live ( WTF Microsoft ) as result i have incurred charges from my bank, and to top it off i lost my phone shortly after i first registered with live so cant even change my acc info/details.

    ive tried chatting live help, i told them i'd go to my bank n stop money going out and got told that would result in my account being banned great help them lol

    so disappointed too say least

    EA access is actually separate from Xbox Live. It is a service sold by EA, not Microsoft. So Microsoft does not control the billing of EA access. It is similar to having Netflix, as in Netflix is not from Microsoft. So you can use Netflix on your Xbox, but
    even if you don't have Xbox Live, you will still be billed for Netflix if you don't cancel it.

    EA is who you should talk to about getting money back/stopping your membership.

    Hi, understanding that EA wish to have exclusive billing rights on EA ACCESS for their games. Will they ever arrange with Microsoft use of Xbox Credit on their Subscription? I have Tweeted Xbox Support but any Feedback (Please refrain from Bad language)

    Kuba - There has been no word on if they will allow Microsoft currency as payment (since it's a third party I doubt that will happen), but they do have plans to release a prepaid subscription card for the service.

    Thank you Smwutches, I've noticed only PayPal / credit card listed on EA Access web site ... it would be nice if Xbox credit was accepted, being switched from MS Points to Currency previously shows that their a valid price point they could administer for
    purchasing EAAccess with EA still getting a % even if it was £22:99 a year or similar so Xbox credit could be used.

    What does the fifa 20 with ea access mean

    EA Access is a subscription by EA which gives you access to over 40 games to play, and trials of the latest EA Games. If you have EA Access, then you can purchase FIFA 20 at a discount price due to having the subscription.

    The EA access trials are only available to EA access members. The trial lasts 10 hours and you can also get a discount on the game with EA access. Also, as a reminder, the Sims 4 should be coming to the EA access vault in the near future!
