EA Access subscription not given to principal xbox user

to whom it may concern:

I have suscribe to ea access with another account on my xbox than the actual principal one. That account does not own an xbox as it was created for people passing by.

Problem is since it does not have a principal account of his own, it is not sharing its ea access subscription as it should with the main account.

I was wondering if it was possible to swap ea access subscription between accounts. If so i would send u the details in a later post.

just to be sure, the EA Access vault is something that requires people on the Xbox One to have an EA Access subscription, so it's not Free.

Why do I need ea access

EA Access is just a subscription service from EA to give discounts when buying their games or to allow you to play some of their games for free. It's not a requirement to own.

Hello. subscriptions can be shared. one console coomo principal and another as secondary, only the games given with the gold are not shared

So long as the account with the EA Access subscription has your Xbox One set as it's home console, other users should have access to the games you download. The discounts will only be accessible for the account with the subscription though.

The EA Access subscription is only available to Xbox One and PS4 users, as stated through the official
EA Website. If the app were to sign you in, it would only display games available to you, but it would not serve as a hub for downloading said games. The subscription
available to PC users is the Origin Access subscription where it not only lets you purchase games at a discounted rate, it will also allow
you to download those games directly onto your PC.

As you are playing on PC, we would like to suggest getting a refund by submitting a refund request through our
Refund Request Webform for that recently purchased EA Access subscription.

onyx62is is right. The free trial offer to play fifa 16 have already ended months ago. But if you have an EA access subscription. You could download the and play the game by going to the EA vault through the EA access app. But you need to have an active
EA subscription. If you said that you have an inactive EA subscription.

I would suggest contacting chat support so they could check and confirm if your EA access subscription is still active or temporarily suspended(maybe due to billing issues). EA support have nothing to do with EA subscription. They will just direct you back
to contact Xbox Support. All subscriptions are handled by Xbox support. Unless the subscription is bought through a third party website.
