Ea access repair and retry

When i try to start my madden 19 game trial it says dolwnload failed repair and retry. Please help

Hey Jay thanks for keeping us in the loop! We suggest
Uninstalling the Game, Clearing the Game Cache and Reinstalling the game since the issue could be left over data from the initial installation. Since the uninstall and reinstall steps have been done before we wont list them but to clear the game cache:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
