    I received an email in December indicating that if I sign onto an XBOX One prior to end of Dec 24th I'd get an access code for 12 months of EA Access. I haven't received a code yet. Live Support suggested that I post the issue here. Can you please assist?

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.

    Are you talking about the random selection of codes prior to Star Wars: Battlefront release back in October/November? If this was not an advertised promotion, you will not receive a code just because others received random codes.
