    Can you sign in over on account.microsoft.com and verify when you purchased Xbox Live? If the purchase date is still within 10 days, you'll want to keep an eye for your code still.

    Hi,

    Sorry but EA Access is Xbox only.

    EA has a separate service for PC called Origin Access which is not part of this promotion.
