EA Access overlap of Existing Membership and Trial

In April 2016, I had bought 1 year subscription of EA Access. And now the subscription is Inactive due to my redeeming of a 1 month Trial of EA access in August 2016 which i got with my FIFA 17 preorder. The existing membership is CANCELLED and now I have
to suffer for 7 hrs straight just to coordinate with Xbox and EA customer service. Xbox says to contact EA and EA says to Xbox. I am fed up with the Waiting of 1 hour. I need serious help.

nhl rewards 1 month ea access code not valid

need new code for 1 month ea access trial as the other nhl rewards one isnt valid

Part of being an NHL rewards member . previously an ea access member for 12 months (purchased 6th september 2015). brought nhl 16 free as part of ea access.

Free vault EA Access doesn't work with a trial gold membership

You are gold now thats why

Trial cards dont change your status to gold as stated before

Gold membership overrides any previous trials

Fyi the ea trials dont give you access to vault

It gives you temporary access to trials and discounts offered in ea pass

Do you both have EA access or are you sharing the one EA access trial.

If you are sharing you only get one trial on the account which paid for the membership

Do you have an EA Access membership or taken an EA Access trial? If you do this game was recently added to the list of vault games available to members.

A trial code is simply that. A trial. It does not change your status to Gold but only gives you limited access to some Gold features such as some online multiplayer. For instance, you would not be able to play Destiny with a trial membership.

Also, a trial membership does not stack so if you tried to use the second membership on top of the existing trial membership then that one will be lost and cannot be used again.
