EA access is "inactive" after new Xbox preview program update.

Hello, as of the newest update for the Xbox live preview program my Ea access app keeps saying I'm inactive. When i go to a game ive installed, it opens to the title screen and then closes back to the dashboard. I just paid July 1st for the month so that's
not the issue. On the app on Xbox one it says inactive but when I go to my Microsoft account it shows its been paid and everything is good. I called Xbox support and they couldn't help me but referred me to the forums because he said that this place could
help. I've seen one other post about this topic so far and no solution. The guy I talked to seemed to think that it has something to do with the preview program so hopefully I can find some help here.

EA Access subscription is brand now, displayed with end date 2017 and state "Inactive"?

I'm not amused, why is my brand new EA Access already inactive after just one day? Help in EA says to ask the guys from XBOX. Has anybody a solution for this?

EA Access shows status "Inactive" after purchasing

After purchasing EA Access it shows the status "Inaktiv" (German subscription) after payment on XBO ONE. Microsoft send an email that EA Access ist payed and Credit Card Payment is done.

I did purchase the 1 month option.

As there is nothing to find on XBOX ONE help and EA Access Website I will no try to find my luck here ...

I just called Xbox support and they had me delete the app and reinstall it again. So from the dashboard I hit the start button while EA access was highlighted. From the next screen that popped up in choose "manage app" once it took me to the next screen
it had the options to, "copy, move, and uninstall" so I chose uninstall which didn't seem to do anything. I chose uninstall a couple more times to see if it would do something but it didn't actually like it did. So I went back to the dashboard and closed
all my apps and when I went back to the ea access app it acted as if it were my first time there. So I chose to go to the home screen in the app and then went to "my account" and now it says my subscription is now "active" and I went to my vault games and
they worked!! So there must be some kinda glitch in the app that doesn't update the subscription but doing this worked for me. Hope it helps you too
