    EA Access has charged the annual subscription (24,99 Euro) twice


    Hallo!

    I have the following problem:

    I have got an annual subscription of EA Access since September 1st 2014. This year the account was automatically renewed. That's ok, but my credit card was charged in September AND in October, with 24,99 Euro each.

    i have a problem. i bought a 25 euro gift card and succesfully redeemed a code.

    now my balance is a little over 25 euro and i would like to purchase EA access for twelve months. this cost 24,99 euro which means i have enough money on my account. but the only way i found to buy it is to pay the 24,99 directly. i don't want to do this
    because it is a waste of my giftcard. so i need to know how i can get EA acces with the money already in my balance

    please i realy need help with this

    Hi, I just subscribed to EA Access on dashboard 1408 and got charged twice without getting the subscription. Any idea of a fix? Thanks.

    Hi there Saimaen,

    I would suggest contacting phone or chat support so they could check your transactions. If you've been billed twice for the same item, they can definitely issue a full refund.

    Afaik you have to call the support team to clear this issue or to get a refund. This cannot be done here in the forum.

    Xbox Live Support     directly, since they can see your account and determine what went wrong. Be sure to choose "billing" as the reason for your issue, and if you are asked to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. Then you'll get other options, such as requesting
    a free callback or speaking live to a Microsoft employee online.
