Ea access games not installing

Ea access games not installing (stops at always same certain percentages for example fifa 18 stops after 1.2 gb installed) . My own digital games normally installing without problem. Pls solve this issue with ea access as i still have 10 month membership
but i can't use it at all. Thanx in advance from İstanbul.

Gold and live?

how do you get a game that's free with gold that you have on ea access or in game pass. I may not always be in ea access and would like to get it without uninstalling it then installing it again.

 

hi thanks for making a ticket fist of all I guess you have Xbox live gold if not theee is a age old issue with ea acces and no gold if you do have gold then try checking your download speed sometimes if it’s running slow games won’t download or update

 

hi there there is an issue right now where games are not updating or downloading right and causing some players not to be able to play games sorry for any trouble

I found an
EA support post with some steps that appear to have resolved other users with this issue; can you run through those steps for us and let us know if you see any difference?

 

i tried all solutions, but no result. i solved problem by using my cell-phone as hotspot, when installation stops i use my hotspot and it continues, and i use my wifi again. This way i managed to install FIFA 18 since it stoped install 3 times. Thanx for
