EA Access free month code has disappeared from my Xbox messages

I pre ordered Fifa 16 and received a free months code for EA Access a week or two after release date. I was saving the code for around now, but I have just checked my messages and the message with the code has gone.

Any help?

Garden Warfare 2 demo gift one Month EA ACCESS CODE message disappeared,I do not use.

I can not find that message in the XBOX ONE,please help me.

EA Access Free Month Trial

Hi, I pre purchased Fifa 16 on the Xbox store and received a code for a free month trial on EA Access via a message over Xbox live. When I look in my messages now the code/conversation has disappeared? Anyway to retrieve it? Thanks.

It was a message from Xbox Live stating i got a free 1 month EA Access code. I remember receiving the message early November and was planning to use it this month.
