EA Access Discount

I'm going to buy Titanfall 2 with EA Access as it gives the 10% discount with an active subscription. I bought the month subscription yesterday and it isn't giving me the option to purchase it with EA Access. In the past it has shown me two prices for EA
Games, the normal and the discounted price. Does anyone know what's going on?

Pre-ordering questions (Madden 19)

Yes you would need to prescribe to EA Access before preordering the game in order to get the additional discount. I don't think you can do both in 1 transaction, but you would want to get EA Access first anyway to make sure you get the discount.

It doesn't matter how long you subscribe to EA Access to get the discount.

If you preorder through Xbox, it will be a digital copy. The EA Access discount would only apply to a digital copy as well. You would have to pre-order through microsoftstore.com or another retailer in order to get a physical disc.

Not sure Titanfall ever will come to EA access. It might but they are excluding Titanfall from all EA access features according to the EA access website. I think those features are the discount EA access members get on EA games purchases and discounts
on DLC. Maybe Respawn did not want it included. I guess there is still the possibility it will come but I bet it will not be until Titanfall 2 at the earliest.

for some reason titanfall 2 has been exclusded from ea access, so no discount or trial

Hi msd.sdt,

I believe that Fifa 19 is available on EA access and Fifa 20 must be purchased but will be discounted with EA access.

As for Fifa 21, it will likely have to be purchased but with EA access members will be eligible for discount.

If you have a membership to EA access their is a discount on EA games, similar the way there are discounts for other games with a Xbox Live/Game Pass Ultimate membership.

EA access discounts are offered by the publisher and are not connected with Xbox live gold discounts. As I see it the main attraction of EA access are the Vault games so its your choice really if you want to use it.
