    EA Access Code take 2


    So my previous thread was locked abruptly after Mister Beep's reply.

    I received my Battlefield 1 EA Access code last Saturday, and upon trying many many times on the day and in the following days the code was having issues being redeemed. I contacted Xbox Support who referred me here. Yes the code has since expired, however
    the issue remains that while the code was valid I was not able to redeem.

    Ea access over charged and cancelled

    Ea access has take 2 payments out of my account for ea access and cancelled them all straight away (and I haven't been refunded!!)

    Xbox Support asked me to post again regarding this as another EA Access Code I received for FIFA 17 is also not working and previously use of an Xbox Live Gold 1 month card would not work.

    We would need the error code you're receiving when trying to redeem these codes. As stated in the last forum post, once a code has expired, we are unable to replace the code. If you're running into any issues with currently active codes, please post back
    with what the code is and the error code you are receiving so we can assist further.

    Hey man! It looks like you're referring to the EA Access trial that comes with the $99 version of the game. Did you receive the code for EA access? It should have been delivered to your message center on your console or here on Xbox.com - it can take as
    much as 7-10 days after the purchase for the code to arrive. You will first need to redeem that code to start your trial. Then, you will need to start the EA Access app and look in the Trials section to download the early access full-version of the game. You
    will be able to put in a total of 10 hours of early access gameplay before the official release date.
