    EA Access code not received


    I pre ordered the madden 17 deluxe edition and it said I would receive a code for 1 month of ea access in 7 to 10 days on August the 15th and it is now the 27th and it's now been 11 days with getting the code

    Where did you receive this EA Access code? If you intended to purchase a year of EA Access, but received a 1 Month code instead, you will want to reach out to the retailer your acquired the code from.

    Post back with where you received this code so we can better narrow down what next steps should be.
