    Where did you receive this EA Access code? If you intended to purchase a year of EA Access, but received a 1 Month code instead, you will want to reach out to the retailer your acquired the code from.

    Post back with where you received this code so we can better narrow down what next steps should be.

    EA Access code lost!!

    I would sugest to do this when you get a code, especially in a case like what happened to you. Go to xbox.com, in messages, and make a screenshot of the message, then copy past in your favourite image program to save. Or you can also just copy manually the
    code into a note pad or whatever. Better safe than sorry ;)
