EA Access code lost!!

I got a EA Acces code sent to my messages, but now it´s gone because i have to many conversations. Is there any chance i can get that back?

Could you post back with which specific promotions you would have received these codes for? That will help us know where to look! Additionally, I would ensure that you've waited at least 10 days as these codes normally take 7-10 days to come through after
pre-ordering.

LOST EA ACCESS CODE

I had preordered FIFA 16 1 1/2 months ago and received my 1-month EA Access code through Xbox messages. Now, I can't view it anymore. Is there a way I can get the code re-sent to my account?

Have you tried seeing the messages through the xbox website itself.

If not go to xbox.com/en-US/

Sign in with your xbox account and go through your messages to see where it could be. You should be able to find it unless otherwise it has been thirty days since you last seen the message. If not it would be likely to call xbox support.

Actually support may be able to resend the code to you (they will post here). What promotion did you receive the code from?

Yup. That's the info they'll need (there have been several offers to give away an EA Access code so they have to make sure you were eligible). Just wait for them to post back.

That means they'll send another code to you.

 

I would sugest to do this when you get a code, especially in a case like what happened to you. Go to xbox.com, in messages, and make a screenshot of the message, then copy past in your favourite image program to save. Or you can also just copy manually the
code into a note pad or whatever. Better safe than sorry
