    EA Access code in messages disappeared


    I went on to my Xbox today to redeem my EA Access code for a free month of EA Access. The code expires on 5-15-17 so I wanted to redeem it before it expired. I got it when I purchased a year of Xbox Live Gold. I went to my messages to find that my whole
    Xbox thread of messages was gone. Please someone help me get the code back.

    The game is free at EA Vault btw the free week was for XBL members specially not just for EA members, if i subscribed to EA Access membership will the game be downloaded and this message disappear right ?

    and as long as i know if you're ea access member you will still play these games for free even after the free week.

    i am just asking if this message encountered anyone here, does the subscription causes this ? if yes i would subscribe right away
