    I pre-ordered Fifa16 on my Xbox One console and was told in the description that I would receive a 1mth free subscription to EA Access. On the release date I was able to play Fifa16 but when I tried to use the code I received it didn't work so I deleted
    the message and forgot about it. Then about 2wks ago I received a message from Xbox Live through my Xbox One saying that I still haven't used my free 1mth code for EA Access, use it now so I tried it again and the code still didn't work. I have contacted EA
    Access directly and they have told me that they cannot give codes away as it is a promotion from Xbox for purchasing the game. I have also contacted Xbox support and they have told me to send this message to you and see if you can check my messages, see if
    the code has been used or not and if it hasn't witch it hasn't that you will send me a new code through for my 1mth free EA Access. My gametag is BadgerXB1 and the console I'm on is Xbox One. I hope you can help me with this issue.

    EA Access Code For Xbox One

    Sorry to hear it. For future reference you should post Xbox One issues to the Xbox One support forums.

    If you still have the message with the code intact then, on the Xbox One, there will be a Redeem Now button at the bottom of the message. You can click that to redeem the code to ensure that it is being entered in properly.

    If it still does not work then be sure to post back the exact error code you receive on the console.

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.
