i have been passed between ea and microsoft 4 times. I bought madden and was told there would be a ea access trial code. Thete was none. Went back to the store but didnt have the reciept. Store would do nothing. Contacted ea who told me to contact
microsoft. Then sent back and forth. All i want is my code so my son can try madden 17 before i pay 64 for a new game he may or may not like... someone help me please

The code for EA Access was only available if you purchased the game digitally. If the store you purchased it from offered a free month, you would have to work with them to get the code. Support in this forum can only assist if you purchased the game from
Xbox.

Okay,

You won't have Gamepass.

Gamepass is a subscription that provides access to a library of games that can be played without purchasing them. Similar to Netflix.

While "Gamepass Ultimate" provided access to that same library and also gives access to Xbox Gold and EA Play.

Ea Play is also like gamepass that offers their own game library that can be accessed while the Subscription is active.

With Gamepass Ultimate, you'll have Gold, Gamepass, and Ea Play all in one Subscription.

However, what you purchased (Xbox Live) is Xbox Gold. This is a subscription that provides access to online gaming.

It is not Gamepass so if you are looking for an active Gamepass after redeeming that 12-month Subscription, Gamepass will not show but Xbox Live or Xbox Gold should show.

oh ok. but on Epic Games it didn't mention that you also need to pay for EA subscription fee to access NFS Unbound via Epic Games.
