    Sorry to hear it. If you are requesting a refund on one of the purchase prices you should contact phone support for more assistance. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269.

    If you do not live in North America let us know which country you're in and we can post the number for you.

    Afaik you have to call the support team to clear this issue or to get a refund. This cannot be done here in the forum.

    Thanks for the support message.

    Apologies for the confusion regarding your issue with a possible extra charge.

    Please go to http://commerce.microsoft.com/ and then click on "Purchase History"

    Under "View from" select the year that you purchased the items then click "Search"

    From there, you can review if you were charged twice for the EA Access/Xbox LIVE membership.

    Double Charge for EA Access

    Actually, 1st time when I subbed EA access, I thought they charged me twice too, then I checked my balance sheet & account transaction history too, figured that the 1st charge they do is Pre-Authentication charge to verify payment method, they refund that
    amount after 2 days & then charge the actual amount, check for that refund in your CC / account's transaction history.
