EA Access - cannot install any games from vault - forces me to pay for them - XBOX ONE

I have bought EA Access subscription. Works - I can see all vault games, it showing me possibility to install them. But when I try installing, its moving me to Xbox store, and Xbox store forces me to pay for them. It is even giving me reduces ( lol ) price
because I have EA Access.

Store Not Recognizing EA Access Membership

When trying to download a game from the EA Access Vault, I am bounced out the EA Access app and shown the game in the Xbox Store. Once in the Store, it does not recognize my EA Access membership and wants me to purchase Vault games.

Any work around?

 

NHL 19

Not played an EA NHL game since the originals on the Megadrive I don't think. Was as much about starting fights as playing Hockey.... :rotfl:

Anyway really used to like Ice Hockey games but the last one I ever played properly was this bad boy from 2K, which is one of about 10 Xbox 360 games I never got rid of....





Have had EA access for years and have the last two NHL games installed but never got around to playing them. I recall I read the control system was a bit weird, or they'd changed it from previous games and overcomplicated things, is that right?

Need to try one really so interested to hear good things on the new one as will no doubt install that too when it goes in the vault.

Out of interest, of the ones already in the vault, which is regarded as the best or most accessible to get into?

Super odd! Have you ever been able to download games from the vault? If you're still having trouble please give a power cycle a try by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until the Xbox One powers off and try again. Please keep us in the loop
with how it goes

 

Try reinstalling the EA app?

 

Have you also checked your payment method used for access? i had an issue with an expired card, and it wouldn't let me do anything access related, despite telling me i was still a subscriber!

 

OK, tried everything. None worked - yet solution is simple. I have 2 accounts on console - I bought EA Access on one of them. I was logged on correctly on account with EA Access. This account was listed as second. Because I was really trying everything
I deleted other account - that only one with EA Access remained. It worked - now games working correctly - finally, cos my wife wanted to play zombies
