I am very sorry you are having troubles with this. To my understanding. You are getting this error (0x803f9007) This is saying that you have a Trial Version of the game and you either need to purchase the game from the Microsoft Store or Your
Disc is not properly working when running. I would like for you to try going to the microsoft store and heading to BFV. Purchase the game with the Disc Installed and try running it.

Thanks for your post. In order to redeem the 10 hour trial, be sure to log into the EA Access application, on there, an option should be available to download Battlefield V. It should then recognize your BFV installation, or install it for you.

Let us know how this goes, thanks again.

Search the store and you will find sever BFV downloads, go to each one to find the one that will allow you to download it.

The BFV free version will download only if your account is recognized as purchasing the pre-order or have ea-access.

The BETA cannot be shared via gold or game sharing.
