EA Access and Filesharing.

It would work just like any other games being shared. The subscribing console would have allow any account to use it just as long as the EA Access user is sharing Gold for all accounts. The second console will allow that same main account to use EA Access
but they have to be online at all times. Other profiles can use it too on the second Xbox One just as long as the main account profile is logged in.

Can you tell me how to do that and where to download the games from?

Yes, you can game share EA Access, but the only thing that you can use, is the games in the vault. You can't share early access trials and discounts. Only the games in the vault. So in your case, you can't play Early Access

You still have access to Xbox LIVE and multiplayer, yet the fileshare of the game Halo Reach isn't working. Do you still have access to the account and is the fileshare still available to watch for you on other users fileshare? If you can provide this information,
we can check if your privacy settings are set correctly, so you can view/manage user-created content in-game.

You don't need to actually be on his FL to access his fileshare, send him a chat request to give you access to his profile, which will let you access his combat record. (I think this is the way it works)
