Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to try and help.

First, make sure that your mobile operator participates with buying things from the Microsoft Store by checking the list found here: "Mobile
operator billing"

Then:

• In Microsoft Store , select Buy/Join. If asked, sign in with your Microsoft account.
  
• Select Get Started! Add a way to pay or Change >
  Add a new payment method.
  
• Select Mobile phone.
  
• Select your mobile operator from the list, enter your phone number, and then hit
  Next.
  
• To make sure its really you, well send you a code via text message. Enter the code and hit
  Next.
  
• Check the terms and payment details, and then hit Buy.

When ı try to buy another game with my phone it's working but when ı try to buy ea access this mobile phone method don't open. Also ı try to add again my phone with "add a new payment method" but when ı enter the code and hit next, ı cant use my mobile
method again.

Hi Fellow gamer,

Thanks for the update on your issue purchasing EA access. If all other forms of payment except your phone are showing, then it isn't available to use for the subscription. You can try a different method of payment such as a credit/debit card
or maybe a paypal account. You can view the
EA help page and at the bottom it has contact us. As phone payments is relatively new it may not be available to pay for subscription as of yet.
