EA Access 1 month trial

well after contacting support and being directed to ea to endure a 3 hour un-resolved issue and then back to Xbox support, to be told to come here about me not receiving my 1 month trial for EA Access.

I was told someone here could help me.

nhl rewards 1 month ea access code not valid

need new code for 1 month ea access trial as the other nhl rewards one isnt valid

Part of being an NHL rewards member . previously an ea access member for 12 months (purchased 6th september 2015). brought nhl 16 free as part of ea access.

I bought ea access and then purchased fifa 17, for purchasing fifa 17 I got a message from xbox live saying I have achieved a code for 1 month ea access for free I then clicked redeem code and an error message came up saying invalid code help me

I bought an ea access trial for 1 month and then bought fifa 17, for purchasing fifa 17 I got sent a free 1 month trial for ea access in a message from xbox live this code showed up saying it is invalid help me quick

 

waiting all day for support is disgusting
