EA Access 1-Month Free Code

I pre-ordered Fifa !6 and about 10 days later i received a code for 1-month free ea access. I decided to not use it until battlefront came out. when i went to look it up i could not pull up the message because it wasnt there anymore. I contacted ea and they
told me only xbox would be able to give me the code. I talked with microsoft and they told me that ea has to do it because it is free content given by them. they also said after 30 days messages get deleted and cannot be retrieved which is the only reason
i cannot get access atm. any help would be appreciated...thanks!

need new code for 1 month ea access trial as the other nhl rewards one isnt valid

Part of being an NHL rewards member . previously an ea access member for 12 months (purchased 6th september 2015). brought nhl 16 free as part of ea access.

I didn't get my EA Access?

I bought NHL 17 a couple weeks ago which came with 1 month free of EA Access, and still have yet to receive my code for EA Access.
