EA 1 month aces code automatically deleted

Discus and support EA 1 month aces code automatically deleted in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; i pre ordered Fifa 16 and got a 1 month access code but it has automatically been deleted from my messages before I could redeem it without warning....     EA 1 month aces code automatically deleted


    i pre ordered Fifa 16 and got a 1 month access code but it has automatically been deleted from my messages before I could redeem it without warning. Can anyone help with how to retrieve it?
