    E3 Mixer Promotion with Rare Replay


    Hi, I was told that I should consult with the support team here regarding the Mixer Promotion that occurred last week during E3. I linked my Xbox Live account to a Mixer account so that I could stream the E3 coverage, but when I went to download Rare Replay,
    it's still telling me that it is $29.99 to buy still? PLEASE HELP!

    Games i have not purchased are downloading on my xbox.

    If you used Mixer during E3, you would get Rare Replay and some other digital items for free. From the Myxer - Community

    Getting games for free for no reason

    Rare Replay was recently part of a promotion for E3 (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2017-06-12-get-rare-replay-and-other-digital-goods-free-for-using-...)
    which could explain that one if you use Mixer. Otherwise, sometimes there are "free play days" when some games are free to play for a few days and will automatically download while they are free.

    If you're seeing other games, it could be a sign that someone has your console set as their Home console. You would download anything they purchase.

    My brand new Xbox One gave me free games!!

    All games (including Forza) were part of a promotion on Mixer.

    Forza for watching a particular stream.

    The rest is for connecting your MS account to mixer and watch the Xbox E3 stream.

    F1 2015 No Sound

    Rare Ltd staff here - we have had the same issue with Rare Replay and have a workaround/ fix.

    In your console settings go to:

    Display and Sound -> Volume -> Chat mixer

    See if your 'mute all other sounds' option is selected.

    If so, uncheck it or change to 50% mute and see if that fixes the problem.

    It has worked for all Rare Replay issues that have been reported to us.
