    E3 Mixer -Missing Halo 5 helmet pack


    I’ve received the other bonus content from the E3 mixer but have yet to receive the Halo 5 Classic Helmet Req pack. Any ideas how to figure out where to get this?

    Please know that customers who viewed the E3 event live through their Mixer account are the only ones eligible to receive the
    MixPot rewards. With that said, after further research, we have confirmed that there is no Mixer account associated to the Gamer Tag: Noneck0875 Thus, the reason you are unable to access the "Halo 5 Classic Helmet REQ Pack".

    They will send you a code to download... they have to verify that you reach all the requirement!

    Just one question, sure that it was the xbox support team? Or maybe an xbox ambassador chat?!?
    yup, i contacted xbox support, even clicked the talk to a person, i sent them the quotes about it and stuff

    and they said admins would reply to me here, where and when can i find this code?

    also i'm sure i met the requirements because i watched the whole stream, on my xbox on mixer whilst i was signed in
