E200 0000004C 00000000 error

My Xbox One hasn't been able to move past the green load-up screen for several days. A normal system update errored-out during the update. I tried an offline system update and got the error: E200 0000004C 00000000 that appeared after a 13 hour long "try". So what do I do now?

I would suggest hard resetting the console itself holding down the power button and disc drive button until you hear two beeps or something like that i would look on YouTube how to do it correctly. But you are Able to reset the console without waiting for the console to load, also you can boot up into safe mode hopefully this answers some of you're questions.
