E101 Error on Xbox on X enrolled in Insider edition

This version is a Insider Omega ring OS so an Offline system update using OSU1 file will fail every time with an error. You need to unenroll the console from the Insiders previews.

E101 points to a hardware issue with the console.

You could try this....

If your using ethernet disconnect it from the console and perform a Factory refresh and delete everything.

If successful the console setup should start. You'll need your account details.

If you keep getting E101 the console needs repairing.

Thanks for the reply. I have no idea how an 11-year-old got himself enrolled in the Insider Omega ring, but I'll definitely look into that. Now for a dumb question: if the system cannot boot up to the home screen, how would it know that it's no longer in the Insider program?

EDIT: I installed the Insider Hub on a PC and signed in using his Microsoft account. It shows that this device isn't enrolled.

I have an original Xbox one console. I do not remember if I am enrolled in the insider program at the moment as I haven’t been able to access the console for a while. I was originally fixing an error e101 but it began to swap between e102 and e105. I do not own an external storage drive for the console.

The BIND button is located on the left side of the console.

An E101 error indicates you may have a hardware problem and the console needs to be repaired.

Also, if you are in the Insider program, OSU's will not work and are not compatible with Insider OS previews

I, too, have the same issue. Microsoft Rewards app hanging on the start-up splash screen. Then error message "Oops, looks like something went wrong" Service Unavailable. Tried two separate xbox. One X and Series X. One enrolled for insiders. One not. Both have the same error.
