E100

I have error code E100 and would like to know what I can do to fix it. I was considering getting Xbox fixed but was told I may not have to, plz let me know if this can be fixed.

Here's my problem

Every time I turn on my Xbox one I get an E100 error (E100 0000070D 8B050001 to be exact) I have tried both of the offline system update files but here's where it gets interesting, when I try to do OSU2 I don't get an E100 error, I get an E101 error. Any
ideas, help or suggestions?

My question is, if your console isn't under warranty, why would someone send in their console to get fixed and pay for something that was clearly out of their hands? I have had 2 over the past few major updates. Both under warranty thankfully. These botched
updates that are bricking consoles should be rectified by MS. I don't want to have to send my console in every time there is an update that cannot get applied correctly for something I cannot control. Ridiculous.
