    E100 no lo puedo solucionar


    hola estoy en el programa de xbox insider hace unos dias desesperados y mi consola presentaba un fallo en la actualizacion, me muestra el error 100 o mas concretamente el E100 0000070D 80070002 ya intente resolverlo de todas las maneras posibles que me ha dado la pagina de xbox pero sin exito he llebad la consola a reparacion y ellos no tuvieron que hacer nada ya que la consola noquiere recibir actulizacion alguna.

    hay alguien que haya tenido este mismo error y si es asi como fue que lo solucione

    PD: yo he intentado comunicarse con el chat del sopoprte técnico pero esta deshabilitado
