E-mails from Microsoft store in wrong language

When you contact Xbox Support did they open a case for you and did they send you any follow up emails? They should have sent you a reference email after the contact. Check if you have those and see if they are in Dutch or your preferred language.

Also I suggest contacting the Microsoft Store Support since games bought on the Xbox go through the Microsoft Store app on the console and the confirmation emails of the purchases are sent by the Microsoft Store. Here is the link to Microsoft Store support:

First i need to ask are people on this site from Microsoft support or are they users helping users cause my previous question was on this page ? so maybe i contacted support the wrong way if i should have send my inquiry somewere else.

The community that is found on this site is mixed with many different kinds of users. The forums is a place where other users can help other users, but there are also Moderators that are representatives of Microsoft, Volunteer Moderators, and Ambassadors
all of which are here to help and provide information. The difference between community support and customer support is that we don't have the proper support or verification tools to look into account issues that customer support does have and can assist with.
We are primarily a source of information if someone is looking for answers or if users want to discuss topics that other's would enjoy discussing about.

3. Select See other options.
4. Select Error Messages and codes.
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support
