Se uma pessoa fizer uma compra com um cartão sem permissão e o dono do cartão ligar para o banco e cancelar, a conta que fez tal compra é punida ?

Acredito que com certeza a conta no mínimo será banida, isto se o proprietário da conta não for Processado ou pelo dono do Cartão por furto/Roubo/Golpe ou até mesmo pela própria Microsoft

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

Going forward, I wouldn't contact the bank to cancel an unauthorized transaction unless absolutely necessary, like for example when dealing with fraud in the event a person you do not know stole your credit card information and is using your card to buy
things on their own account. Repeatedly going this route could be viewed as marketplace manipulation and action could be taken on the Microsoft Account.

If the card was used by somebody you know and you allowed them to use the card at one point, then that is not considered fraud since you gave them permission to input your card information onto their account to make that purchase. The card details are saved
onto a Microsoft Account, so if you no longer want them to use your card without permission, you can remove the card from the account online or you could input security measures to prevent someone from using your card on an account without your permission.
Going forward you should go through the refund support tool to request a refund on your Microsoft Account: https://support.xbox.com/billing/payment-and-purchases/request-refund

Hi Carlosa,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on subscriptions. There is no information out yet, as to how they will incorporate people that already have EA play when it is added to the Ultimate game pass subscription this holiday. Will
