Dust: An Elysian Tail™ not appearing in my library

I bought Dust: An Elysian Tail™ some time ago and redeemed it on my Xbox series X and it doesn't appear on my screen nor does it install. I thought that Xbox is supposed to have backwards compatibility since I can get C&C games that are 360 games.

I own a copy of this game as well and its a shame that it has not been brought to backwards compatibility. The game is published by microsoft studios, so why it has not been ported yet, don't know. Wish microsoft would bring it over.

Full Game - Dust: An Elysian Tail™ as it´s not for my region - Can somebody tell my why this game should not be available for my region, instead of this one I have available some game worth 3 $. Microsoft should do something with this as this is not normal
behaviour to their customers.
