    Microsoft Game Pass PC on Windows 10, trying to play Dungeon Keeper 2, but the mouse or keyboard doesn't work, so you can't start the game or select anything from the game starting menu! REALLY frustrating! Doesn't they test the games they add to the Game Pass app ffs?

    I've Googled it and loads of other people have the same problem, so it's amazing how they've never fixed it!

    Really need a fix! :-/

    Sorry to hear it. There are 2 things you can check here:

    1. Any content that is included via the pass (maps, etc) can be downloaded via the in game menu. Go there to see what's available to you.

    2. If there are skins or anything that are included in the pass then you should be able to access those by highlighting the game on the dashboard then press the start button on the controller. From there select Manage Game and then go to Ready to Install
    to find any extra content that may be included.

    Hello,

    If you redeemed your season pass on your account, please make sure it's actually downloaded onto your console by going to your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History > Borderlands 2 Season Pass.

    Once you've confirmed that, please launch the game and follow the instructions below:

    1) In the main menu of Borderlands 2, select "Downloadable Content."

    2) Select and download "Season Pass" from the menu. If you have already purchased a Season Pass on the account you're logged in to, you will not be charged again.

    3) Once the "Season Pass" has finished downloading, return to the main menu of Borderlands 2.

    4) From the main menu of Borderlands 2, select "Downloadable Content."

    5) Any available "Season Pass" content should now be listed as "Free" allowing you to download and install any applicable add-ons through the "Downloadable Content" menu at no additional charge.

    Let us know if that works out for you.

    I have had similar issues and found that uninstalling the application/game and reinstalling it has usually fixed it.

    - Go to My games and apps.

    - Highlight Forza Horizon 2 Demo.

    - Press 'Menu' (formerly known as Start) on your controller.

    - Select 'Manage Game'

    - Press 'Menu' (formerly known as Start) on your controller again.

    - Select 'Uninstall'.

    If the above steps do not work, I suggest awaiting on an official game update from the developers.

    Problem with COD 2 Season Pass

    DLC doesn't get automatically pushed with the season pass. You should be able to select the DLC from the in-game menu and download it at no charge with the pass installed, however. Does that work?
