    Due to invalid error family pass error not able to play any app on xbox 360 console


    i am not able to play any apps on my xbox 360 console even if i put correct family pass code it said pass code is not correct.

    I tried to reset pass code 2-3 times and also clear pass code but still getting same error and not able to play any apps.

    Kinect Nat Geo Season Pass not working

    Hello,

    I just bought a brand new copy of Kinect Nat Geo TV America the Wild.

    This game includes a season pass which includes all Year 1 episodes for the Nat Geo TV App.

    - when i enter the code in the "redeem code" tab on my xbox 360 console, i get an invalid code error.

    - Also I can't find the Nat Geo TV app in the apps tab on my console.

    - If i try to download the App via the main menu of the game, i get another error.

    Any help with getting my brand new season pass and the Nat Geo App to work would be appreciated.

    Original Xbox 360 E74 error message- Solution

    If your Xbox 360 has failed because of the E74 error, you’ll see the following message on the screen when you turn on your Original Xbox 360 console:

    System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support.
    E74

    If you see this error message, you must repair your console. The warranty period for the E74 error is three years from the original purchase date of the console. If the warranty period expires, you’ll have to pay for the repair.

    Oh, I see. The disc error could be due to the Xbox 360 Operating system since it is no longer being maintained. Is there any way for you to try playing it on a different console? If the same error comes up, it could be a bug or an issue in the server.

    The Xbox Game Pass app is not compatible with the Xbox 360 due to the fact that Game Pass is not available for the Xbox 360. Hence why you cannot make the console the default console. The Xbox Game pass app will only work for the Xbox One.

    Hi there

    It could be due to the family settings please check the family settings account to see if there is limits and times on the console that could be the reason it is happening. Here is a link that might help you. https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...e-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one

    Also can you state the error number that appears on that error shown above please?, it might help get to the bottom of it.
