Due to a mixup in Gamertag and wrong email, I didn't receive NHL 17 Rewards.

This is for NHL 17. There was a reward of a Tarasenko card if you signed up Xbox Rewards by March 31st. I signed up but my gamertag was associated with the wrong email, so I didn't get the card.

I contacted EA and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I just called Microsoft Support to delete the duplicate gamertag and they told me to try to see what could be done on the Support Forum.

Email I signed up with was [Mod Removed] which had gamertag SnarlyMulder15 instead of my real Gamertag of with email [Mod Removed].

I was wondering if I could still get the reward since I signed up before March 31st, it was just the wrong email.

My ea acess code

I pre-order my nhl 17 and i didn't get my ea acess code and i sign up for a nhl rewards account, i was suppose to receive a ea acess code and all of my friends got their code, but i didn't receive mine.

Got the same problem and pre ordered Forza Horizon 3, NHL 17, Bioshock Collection and Batman return to Arkham. Still no reward. Didn't have to pre order but with the promo I decided why not. Shouldn't have and won't pre order again. I'm not happy right now.
