    Ho le seguenti due domande e ringrazio in anticipo.

    1. Sulla stessa XBox Series Si ho due accounts separati ognuno con proprio accesso separato e voglio che i giochi scaricati su un account non siano visibili dall'altro. Come fare?

    2. È sufficiente un game pass per entrambi gli accounts o ne occorre uno ciascuno?

    Hi All,

    I have the two following Questions and i thank you in advance:

    1. On my Xbox Series S I do have two separate accounts each with his own access credentials. I would like to ensure that the games on one account are not visible to the other. Can you please tell me how?

    2. Do I need one game pass per account or is it sufficient one only that can be used by both?

    Hi there,

    Answer to question 1:

    I don't think it's possible to to make installed games invisible to another account. Depending on the account settings, if the other account is for example a child account, then you can specifiy that some games (based on age etc) can't be played. They will be visible but can't be played by the account with the restrictions

    Answer to question 2:

    A subscription is made accessible to other profiles on a console if the account that has the subscription has marked the console as Home console (and the console is connected to the internet). So if Account 'A' has for example a game pass subscription and has set the console as Home console, other profiles on that console can benefit from that game pass subscription and play the games that are on gamepass. In that situation only one account needs to have the subscription.

    Hi there,

    is similar to what you have tried before, but can you try these steps just in case:

    1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

    2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Also delete any corrupt profiles if present (will show as corrupt)

    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)
