    I dropped my xbox controller to the ground and then when I pressed the rb button, weird sounds started to come out. And also when I tap the rb button lightly, this button sound continues. The button works, but this sound is very annoying, what should I do?

    Hello again, I don't know which region you're in, but if you're in the U.S. and Canada for example, the warranty for consoles is 1 year from the date of purchase and 90 days for accessories as controls.

    So if he's more than 90 days old, he'll be out of warranty.

    This is a part I copied from the link you sent and I have a question about this part. Is it possible to get this "service order number and an order confirmation" email via phone number?

    (It sounds really stupid and useless but I still need to know)

    I'm sorry I didn't explain exactly what I mean :) I mean, do I have to send it with the console when I send it to the warranty, or is it okay if I just send the controller without the console?
