    So i’m trying to sign onto my xbox and i type my 6 digit code in but then it takes me to a new window that says

    Fix This On The Web

    theres a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com, then come back to sign in.

    Now I’ve tried the site and still I’m having problems signing in... please someone help me.

    Are you 100% sure that when you reset the password you reset it for the microsoft account and not just the email address? For instance my microsoft account is a gmail email address, but my microsoft account password and my gmail password are two separate
    things. If it is a hotmail, msn, outlook or live account then dont worry it is already a microsoft account in which case it would definitely exist.

    Double check the spelling of the parental email address and make 100% sure that you are spelling it the same. Try to login on account.live.com with that address.

    If it still says it does not exist contact customer support, they will help you out.

    Any Error Codes you encounter: NONE

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? MEtROCAST

    After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.) SEE ABOVE

    LostKauz it's not a wrong password because my laptop and phone are connected to the router using the same password.

    When I'm having a problem with my account the best thing to do is to call xbox support and talk to a real person, if you can't do this go to xbox.com/account where you'll be able to text chat with a real person and they will help walk you through fixes
    to solve the problem your having. It's worked for me anyway I hope you get the same satisfaction.
