the only item you can find online is the current OS to be downloaded to the Xbox One console (any of them).

You can also install that by connecting the console to the internet and it will ask to update if an update is available in any standard situation.

If for some reason that doesn't work then the offline update option is the one you seek, this can be found here:

That link will guide you through the steps on how to download the update and install it via USB onto your console.

That's the problem about the Xbox1, it lacks any good hardware, the software will gradually be updated and improved over time, but will the hardware be improved with the Xbox1, most unlikely, if only the Xbox1 wasn't rushed into the market, now Microsoft
has to clean up their mess.

"You must update the drivers:

Click "Network Adapter" to expand the menu and right-click "Xbox One Wireless Adapter for Windows" > Update Driver Software > Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software"

This fixed the audio issue I was having with the controller connected via the Wireless Adapter (it worked via USB but not wirelessly until I manually updated said network adapter driver). Thanks!
