hi i own driver san fransico ive installed it on my xbox one i have the digitail version not a disk base but wont let me play it says do you own this game or app i carnt check on 360 or xbox store as game is no longer avalable is there anyway to fix this

Well a good driving game to drive is driver san fransico, you can drive any car you see on the road and there is just about every car in north america. Good game for single player and some pretty competitive co op add me if you get it

So I and my friend could get banned? We were thinking about gamesharing Call of Duty Modern Warfare but he lives in LA and I live in San Fransico?

It's unlikely as Midway who owned the licences originally no longer exists.

The Arcade versions of Rush the the Rock and San-Fransico Rush were released on the original Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube in the early 2000's.

Either that or you could attempt to emulate the arcade or N64 versions on a PC.
