DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 - Wont Launch Disc

So Im now on my second disc copy and my system wont launch. It makes sounds like its reading this disc but stutters and stops not loading. Every other game i own works its only this one game. I went out and bought another brand new copy to see if it was
the previous disc and it still does the same thing. Ive tried a factory reset and a few other things ive read but no luck. Has anyone else ever seen this type of thing? on this or any other games? i doesnt make sense to me as its a perfect disc and everything
else works

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console

Those types of issues is why I went all digital. Don't have issues with discs or the drive now.

Unfortunately, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 was not developed for X360, but only for next-gen.
